our story
My name is Bob, and I LOVE Burgers! I have been a burger connoisseur for as long as I can remember. I drew inspiration for my pop-up biz from the Master, the one and only, George Motz. After reading his book ‘The Great American Burger Book’ and watching all of his YouTube videos on the different regional burgers, I was hooked, and I knew I was destined to slang my own. Also, HUGE shoutout to Alvin and The Burger Show for inspiring my juicy burger dreams in a very big way.
I’ve cooked almost every Burger in the book trying to master and find my favorite and the one that stood out the most was the Fried onion burger AKA the “OKC BURGER”; the first time I tried it I knew it was the one for me. Every burger I’ve cooked since has been a variation of the OKC style. I took a few trips to L.A. the (Burger capital of the world) where I met some great peeps and tasted some of the best burgers. Guys like Mark Tripp of Tripp Burger were completely open to sharing tons of advice that helped me along the way. Thanks Tripp! the burger community is stronger than I ever imagined.
Thats how it all started and how E.L.E. Burger was born. E.L.E. = EVERYBODY LOVE EVERYBODY! Our mission is to spread as much love as possible, one burger at a time.
